If you change your mind before the order has been processed, we will cancel the order at no expense to you.
If you change your mind about any item within the first 7 days, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 working days of receipt.
The item must not be used, and must be in 'as new' condition. Once you have notified us that you wish to return the item, you have 28 days to return it to us at your own expense.
Once the item has arrived back with us, we will issue a full refund.
If any of your purchases develop a fault and your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair or replacement. This will depend on the individual manufacturers procedures. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
