How will my order be delivered?

All of the items we sell online are distributed by the manufacturer direct to your home. This means that your bed is always in the hands of a company which has a vested interest in it arriving in perfect condition.

Some of our competitors offer a 24 or 48 hour delivery service, which usually means your goods are sent by an overnight carrier. Having witnessed first hand the damage that can be caused by careless couriers, we prefer to use the direct delivery approach.

This does mean that if you order multiple items from different manufacturers, you will receive more than one delivery.

Do you hold stock?

We are a bricks-and-mortar business. We do keep stock, and deliver locally ourselves. Where we have agreements in place with our suppliers to deliver direct to our customers, we are able to offer a nationwide delivery service. We stock many other items in-store. Our local customers are always welcome to come to our shop, try out beds and mattresses, and make use of our local (and free) delivery service.

When will the order be delivered?

Each of our suppliers provides a different delivery schedule. The details of the delivery service offered are shown on the product page for each item. When your order is ready to be booked in, you will be contacted to organise a delivery time.

If your bed is likely to take longer to deliver than we have advertised, we will always get in touch with you by phone or email to let you know.

In the unlikely event that we cannot supply your items in the specified time frame, we offer a no-fuss refund, should you prefer not to wait.
