Pocket Spring mattresses are made of springs which are individually housed in 'pockets'. Because the springs operate independently, they can respond to your weight without affecting other springs.

This is particularly important where there is a considerable size or weight difference between you and your partner, as the mattress will not sag in the same way an open coil mattress would in these conditions.
